Should children read during vacation?

It may seem obvious, but parents should encourage children and teens to read. The summer is no exception.

Reading is not something that happens without conscious effort. Make time for reading. When parents or teachers read to children, it encourages lifetime habits and appreciation. Summer time is a great time to read for pleasure and expand horizons.
